Deputy Chair - Mr Graham Felston
Mr Graham Felston - Former Governance Director and Deputy Managing Director of a FTSE 100 Financial Services Company.He is currently a Director of a number of Pension Schemes, either as a Professional Trustee or as the Chair of the Trustees.
Graham is also a qualified Chartered Insurer and a Chartered Director and runs an independent management consultancy company providing board level support on financial services administration, governance and risk management.
Previous NHS roles include Deputy Chair, Audit Chair and Lay Member for Governance for South and South West Lincolnshire CCGs.Graham has been the Lay Member for Audit and Governance on the Governing Body of Northamptonshire CCG since January 2021.
Graham has lived near Stamford since 2003 and outside of work has a keen interest in sport and enjoys walking and is an active member of the local Walking for Health group.

John has over 30 years experience in NHS management and leadership, and he was previously the Accountable Officer for the four predecessor Lincolnshire CCGs (East, West, South and South West).
