CCG asking local people for their views on The Sidings Medical Practice, Boston

Speech bubbles saying "Tell us your views" mixed group of people underneath

NHS Lincolnshire CCG is asking people in Boston for their views on the primary care services at The Sidings Medical Practice, Boston, which are currently provided by Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) under a caretaking contract, which is due to end on the 30 June 2022.

The CCG has started on a procurement exercise to identify a provider for the new contract which is due to start on 1 July 2022.  This will ensure that patients continue to receive primary medical services within the area if they are registered with the practice. Patients should be reassured that there will be no changes to the surgery opening hours and this process is to ensure services continue to be provided from The Sidings Medical Practice.

As part of the process procurement, the CCG is engaging with patients, their families and carers to find out their views, before a full procurement process to find a provider commences, and is currently asking people to complete a patient survey, which will run until 10th October, to share their thoughts.

The survey is available online via the link below, or as a paper copy available from The Sidings Medical Practice.  In addition, a copy of the survey can be requested by telephoning

07890 047409, or by emailing the CCG lccg.involveus@nhs.net

Complete our online survey

The closing date for completion of the survey is 10th October 2021
