Development Opportunity

Martin Fahy announced on a recent Team Talk Live this opportunity for managers looking to broaden their approaches with staff and others who may not manage staff but need to influence and problem solve in projects. A coaching approach can be significantly effective in allowing staff to develop and grow, seek their own solutions and broaden consideration of how to tackle issues in work.

This programme comprises a virtual launch on Teams (run twice to allow flexibility in holiday time) followed by 2 half day face-to-face workshops to introduce Coaching models, approaches and skills and to enable practice of these essential skills. More detail is in the flyer attached.
