CCG Virtual Listening Clinic – Old Leake Medical Centre

CCG Staff will be holding an informal and friendly Listening Clinic to gather your feedback and experiences on your local health services on:
Tuesday, 14 December 2021, 8am – 4.30pm
Due to the recent strengthening of the Plan B COVID-19 restrictions, CCG Staff have been required to revise the scheduled listening clinic and will be holding this via telephone, virtual meeting and on-line survey.
