GP Services in Boston – Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday

Please note that all of the Boston Primary Care Network practices which are; Parkside Medical Centre, The Sidings Medical Practice, Greyfriars Surgery, Liquorpond Surgery, Swineshead Medical Group and Kirton Medical Centre are opening business as usual and operating a normal working day on Friday 10 April (Good Friday) and Monday 13 April (Easter Monday) between 8am and 6.30pm.  This support will be in line with the way general practice services are currently being delivered in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The current coronavirus restrictions mean you should not attend a GP surgery unless you have been told to do so.

GP Services

If patients need medical help for anything other than symptoms of coronavirus (a high temperature or a new, continuous cough) on the Bank Holidays they should ring their own practice for advice.

Practices are offering a range of ways that you can contact them; via telephone, email, or online consultation. Those that usually dispense medicines will continue to offer this service. In addition there are a range of services available including; your local community pharmacy, NHS111, and ASAPLincs.

Patients with COVID-19 symptoms should continue to use the Coronavirus NHS111 online service as the first port of call.
