Latest position on Cross O’ Cliff offices

Some of you will have read the article in the Lincolnite yesterday where it announced that ‘Health bosses’ want to turn some of their buildings in Bracebridge Heath into residential flats.

The article read NHS Property Services, a government-owned estate management company, has applied to North Kesteven District Council to turn the Health Authority Offices at Cross O’Cliff Court into 29 apartments.

We have made it known previously that we are in the process of finding an alternative office location for the CCG teams currently based at Cross O’Cliff. A small task and finish group has been established to progress this work. You will be aware that we completed a recent staff survey to ascertain every bodies preferences in relation to future office space requirements and to test out peoples preferences for suitable alternative  locations. The findings of the survey will be shared with all staff  in due course the team are in the process of writing up the results this week.

We have not yet identified a suitable alternative office or agreed a time line for this future move. The task finish group will be reporting to the senior managers operation group and is committed to working with the staff engagement group to ensure all staff and kept fully briefed and appraised of all decisions as we progress this work. Going forward we will ensure that we provide a regular update brief in team talk news to keep all staff apprised of this work
