Karen Bates will send out a revised invitation for a virtual event on Thursday morning (28th April)

Dear Colleague,

Please find a link to the Consultation Document which we have launched as part of our Consultation exercise with all CCG staff regarding our transfer to the NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board. Formal consultation commenced on 11th April 2022 and will end on 9th May 2022.

We have discussed this together over the past number of months, and at our weekly Team Talk Live meetings. You will be aware that I’m keen that the transfer takes place in a smooth and supportive way for us all, with minimal disruption and honouring the Employment Commitment

Please do read this document and raise any questions or comments that you have. You may do this with your line managers, through the staff drop in sessions that we are organising (details below), with our support colleagues in HR, and through 1:1 meetings as appropriate.

Your feedback, questions, suggestions and comments are really important and welcome, and will be carefully considered.

Thank you again for all your ongoing hard work and commitment to our NHS and the patients and communities we serve. I look forward to continuing to work with you as we evolve into our ICB, and to moving forward from the strong position that we have built together.

Yours

John Turner
Chief Executive
