Staff Wellbeing Hub – Supporting Lincolnshire’s health and care staff through COVID-19

The wellbeing of our health and care workers is hugely important to us. We know that COVID-19 has caused staff to face a great deal of uncertainty, anxiety and pressure, particularly as many will have had to carry the emotional load for themselves, their families and those they care for.

But we also know that even without the pandemic, the pressure on the NHS can, at times, be overwhelming.

Christmas time can be hard as the demands to provide services can mean staff spend the festive period away from loved ones.

We know that it can be difficult to reach out for help particularly at times like these. Emotional and psychological wellbeing is extremely important to us and we are determined to do all we can to support every single member of staff.
