As part of the Lincolnshire system LCCG colleagues are able to access the Staff Wellbeing hub hosted by LPFT in supporting Lincolnshire health and care staff through COVID-19.
Here is how the Staff Wellbeing Hub can support you.
Staff have faced a great deal of uncertainty, anxiety and pressure to respond in often difficult circumstances during this pandemic, as well as carrying the emotional load for themselves, their families and those they care for.
But it is vital that you know there is help available should you feel as if you are struggling mentally and emotionally.
The Staff Wellbeing Hub is available to all health and care staff across Lincolnshire and is a safe place to offload or ask for advice and support.
The Hub can provide emotional and mental health support, as well as general advice on staff wellbeing and health conditions.
It also remains a safe space where people have the freedom to offload or wobble without the fear of being judged.
If appropriate you will be offered a comprehensive assessment of your emotional wellbeing needs and then if necessary be referred for treatment from the relevant service that best fits your needs.
All NHS and social care staff will be prioritised for treatment.
Please be assured that our service is completely confidential and is not part of any wider mental health or GP serviced. No one will know you have spoken to us unless you tell them yourself.
The Staff Wellbeing Hub is facilitated by the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust Staff Wellbeing Team and can be reached by calling 01522 518609 between 9am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
Alternatively, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org
As well as the Hub we also have a wide range of other health and wellbeing offers which have been brought into one place as a one-stop-shop directory. Visit www.lpft.nhs.uk/LincsStayingWell to find out more.
Please also see our Staff support and wellbeing area on the intranet.
