Thrive Academy – Weekly update

As you know, December’s theme is ‘Frame of Reference’. Emotional wellbeing and resilience coach Becky Balzano tells us about our ‘locus of control’ in this month’s short video on the Thrive Academy homepage. This is an important topic as it can affect mind, body and even actions.

Coming up before Christmas in your Thrive Academy:

Workplace Wellbeing with the Joyful Doctor 

December’s session is all about ‘’How to Switch off from Work’. Do you struggle to switch off from work at the end of the day? You are not alone! In this workshop you will:

  • Learn tools to help you switch off from work
  • Explore the power of gratitude
  • Explore the importance of boundaries
  • Leave with more ‘headspace’

Wednesday 15th December at 12.30pm – BOOK YOUR PLACE.

Mindful Pause

This is for you if you want some time and head space to decompress from the challenges of your working week!

This 45-minute online session is led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and includes guided gentle mindful movement and sitting practice, a short discussion and practical suggestions for building mindfulness into daily life. You are welcome whether you are new to mindfulness or have existing experience.
