This is for you if you want some time and head space to decompress from the challenges of your working week!
This 45-minute online session is led by an experienced mindfulness teacher and includes guided gentle mindful movement and sitting practice, a short discussion and practical suggestions for building mindfulness into daily life. You are welcome whether you are new to mindfulness or have existing experience.

Time to Pause
Do you want a chance to debrief and make sense of what’s going on? Would a chat about the challenges you’re facing right now in a safe and confidential online space help? If so, book a place in our Time to Pause room.
This will enable you to come together with your colleagues, share the highs and lows of working through challenging times with an experienced facilitator. Sessions are 90-minutes and spaces are still available.
