Working Differently Survey

Thank you to everyone who completed the Working Differently survey earlier this year.  As you know, Phase 1 of our office return has recently been put in place and we have now established a small working group to look at our future office accommodation needs alongside our Phase 2 plans.  Your feedback will help inform and guide us  in this work.

Although we had a good response to the survey (66% of you responded), we appreciate it was run some time ago now and that things can change.  If you have any further thoughts or maybe you have changed your mind as to some of your previous responses, please email us at lccg.staffengagementgroup@nhs.net and let us know.  Equally this applies to anyone who didn’t complete the survey but wants to share their thoughts now (by 13th December 2021, please).

The working group will present its analysis of your survey responses back to the CCG’s exec team by the end of the year, and we will share the findings with you at that time.
